GNSS Planner not working with Google Chrome
If you try checking the GNSS planner with Google Chrome and this page appears, there are 2 options to make it work. First is go through the Silverlight installation and try reloading the page. This doesn't appear to work on the 2 computers I've tried it on, but it may work for you as it is faster and easier.
The method we use to view Silverlight pages now is through a Chrome extension which loads the page as if it on Internet Explorer.
Click on the 3 lines in the top right of your screen and go down to the settings menu.

Once the settings page loads, click "Extensions" on the left menu. Once you arrive on the extensions page, scroll down and click on "Get more extensions".
Once the Chrome Store loads, search for "Silverlight" in the top left search bar. This list of Apps and Extensions will come up, click the "+Add to Chrome" button on the IE Tab extension.
This is just a simple confirmation tab which you want to click on "Add Extension".
After giving Chrome a moment to initialize the extension, you will be sent to IE Tab's website and you will have a new icon to the right of your adress bar. Clicking on that Icon will take you to the next part of the set up.
Once you arrive on this page, a download will automatically start and end up in the bottom left of your window. Simply click on it and follow the instructions on the page to finish the IE Tab set up.
Now you can return to the GNSS planner through our website here. Now when you go to the planner, you will still have the same Silverlight page appear, but if you click on the IE Tab icon by the address bar it will reload the page in a new tab within the Chrome tab and will work.

IE Tab has its own blue address bar which you can use to go to other pages. You can either close the chrome tab directly like normal or you can click the X in the top right of the blue bar to exit IE Tab and leave the Chrome tab open.
